REGISTRATION FEES: We’ve made an adjustment to the retreat cost this year so we can offer better meal quality and an improved retreat experience over the weekend. The fees help us cover expenses for site rental, tent and chair rental, U-Haul rental, accommodations, the speaker's honorarium, booklet printing, child care, catered meals, breakfast, snacks, and other supplies. Our goal is always to keep the retreat accessible, and we never want finances to prevent anyone from participating. Financial assistance is available for individuals and families. Please indicate this need in the form as you register.
CANCELLATION POLICY: You can cancel your registration and receive a full refund up to Friday, August 15. Cancellations made after the 15th are subject to a 25% administration fee. Any cancellations within 72 hours of the weekend will not be refunded.
